 To ensure clarity and fairness for all clients, please review the policies below before booking.  


Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking. This ensures your session time is reserved and allows me to offer consistent availability to all clients.

If a session extends beyond the scheduled time and you choose to continue, additional time will be billed at your regular session rate.


Cancellation & Rescheduling

 

I understand that life can be unpredictable, especially during times of care and loss.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be billed at 50% of the session fee.
Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged the full session fee.

If an unexpected or urgent situation arises, please let me know — compassion always comes first.


Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, the session will still need to end at the scheduled time so I can remain on time for other clients.
Full session fees apply for late arrivals.


Refunds

Session fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed.
Package purchases are non-refundable after the first session has been used.
Unused package sessions may be rescheduled or transferred within the same household.


Confidentiality & Privacy

All conversations, notes, and shared information are kept strictly confidential.
Enso Care provides non-medical guidance and emotional support.
I do not offer medical, legal, or financial advice.

Your privacy and comfort are always respected.


Scope of Support

Enso Care provides non-medical, non-legal, and non-financial end-of-life planning, coordination, and after-loss guidance.
All clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional advice when needed.


Client service

 A client service agreement will be provided prior to your first paid session.
